Guidelines for Submission of Full Paper

Prospective authors should format their full papers according to the following guidelines

Required Sections for Full Paper
Papers must include all of the following sections in this order
  1. Introduction, background and orientation, purpose, objectives and motivation of the study
  2. Literature review and theoretical basis of the study
  3. Research objective, questions/hypothesis
  4. Research design, approach, strategies, method, settings, population, sampling, data collection and instrumentation, data analysis process, validity and reliability (quantitative) OR strategies for ensuring quality and rigour, credibility, transferability, dependability and conformability (qualitative)
  5. Ethical considerations
  6. Results (quantitative) / Findings (qualitative)
  7. Discussion
  8. Limitations and strengths
  9. Recommendations
  10. Implications - practical/managerial/policy
  11. Contribution and value add of the study
  12. Conclusions

Prepare Your Paper

Ensure your paper follows all formatting guidelines and includes all required sections

Remove Author Information

For double-blind review, remove all author names, affiliations, and identifying information from the paper

Submit Online

Upload your paper through the online submission portal. You will receive an acknowledgment email

Peer Review

Your paper will undergo double-blind peer review. Expect feedback within 6-8 weeks

Receive Decision

You will be notified of acceptance, revision, or rejection via email

Camera-Ready Submission

Instructions for preparing your final paper after acceptance

Final Paper Requirements
Your camera-ready paper must incorporate all reviewer feedback

Author Information:

  • Include full names of all authors
  • Add institutional affiliations
  • Provide email addresses for correspondence
  • Include ORCID iDs if available

Revisions:

  • Address all reviewer comments
  • Highlight major changes in a separate document
  • Ensure all references are complete and accurate
  • Proofread for grammar and spelling errors

File Format:

  • Submit as PDF (preferred) or Word document
  • Ensure all fonts are embedded
  • Images should be high resolution (300 dpi minimum)
  • File size should not exceed 10 MB

Copyright and Publication

Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the conference organisers permission to publish in the proceedings.

Presentation Instructions

Guidelines for delivering your conference presentation

Oral Presentations

Time Allocation:

  • Presentation: 15 minutes
  • Q&A: 5 minutes
  • Total session time: 20 minutes

Presentation Format:

  • PowerPoint or PDF format
  • 16:9 aspect ratio recommended
  • Maximum 15-20 slides
  • Readable fonts (minimum 24pt)

Technical Setup:

  • Arrive 15 minutes before your session
  • Test your presentation on venue equipment
  • Bring backup on USB drive
  • Have a backup plan for technical issues
Poster Presentations

Poster Specifications:

  • Size: A0 portrait (841 × 1189 mm)
  • Print quality: High resolution (300 dpi)
  • Material: Matte or glossy paper
  • Mounting: Push pins will be provided

Content Guidelines:

  • Clear title and author information
  • Logical flow: Introduction → Methods → Results → Conclusion
  • Use visuals: graphs, charts, images
  • Minimal text, maximum impact

Presentation:

  • Be present during poster session
  • Prepare 2-3 minute summary
  • Engage with attendees
  • Bring business cards for networking
Presentation Best Practices

Do:

  • Practice your presentation multiple times
  • Speak clearly and at a moderate pace
  • Make eye contact with the audience
  • Use visual aids effectively
  • Stay within the time limit
